Historical home kitchen with light blue subway tile and white cabinets

We turned this historical home that hadn’t been touched since the ’80s into a modern home! We updated the whole house but focused on the kitchen and upstairs bathroom.

The kitchen originally felt small and dark. We lightened it up with lighter finishes, better lighting, and a larger window above the sink.

The bathroom had a harvest gold tub, dated tile, an 80’s oak vanity, and outdated vinyl flooring. We replaced everything in this small space keeping the layout the same but making it shine like a whole new space. The colorful, modern glass shower tiles pair perfectly with the white walls, vanity, and hex floor tile. It was a much-needed refresh.
