This was a new construction home, a modern take on craftsman design. Neff designs was brought in to help this lovely retired couple with the scads of overwhelming finishing details and decision making necessary for the builder to finish their home.
I assisted with the selection of, and communicated with their builder, all finish materials and colors, from exterior stone and paint color, to flooring materials, cabinets and countertop materials, tile, and light fixtures.
