White Salmon Updated Mid Century

This midcentury home received an extreme facelift. It was in its original condition when the renovation began, looking like it hadn’t been touched in 40 years. There were lots of closed-off walls and small windows.

We opened up the floorplan, and created a more functional space for the homeowners and their growing family. We added a much-needed mud/laundry room off the garage, a pocket office, took a 1/2 bath and made it a full bath, and increased the master bathroom. We really reworked the floor plan to make it fit their lifestyle.

Now, this midcentury home boosts large windows capturing the view of the gorge, sleek brass hardware, and updated walnut cabinetry.
